To avail our services, we welcome you to walk into any of our branches. However, booking an appointment is highly ap- preciated. You can book an appointment online by filling up our easy online form below, by downloading our app or by calling the branch that you wish to visit. We request you to spare a moment to check on individual branch timings mentioned below.

CANCELLATIONS

In case you wish to cancel an appointment, we request you to do so 24 hours in advance, as a kind courtesy to other customers. In case of no show for group booking 50% will be charged from the service amount unless the appointment is can- celled 24 hours in advance. Please call us 24 hours in advance For client’s who have booked and paid through Mobile app Failure to notify T’NT within this time will result in the loss of your appointment and 100% cancellation fee or loss of a bundle item. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings.

ARRIVAL TIME

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. We kindly request that our clients arrive 10 minutes early for appointments to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, choose from the large range of colors and settle in. As a courtesy to all of our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be hon- ored. T’NT operates on a 10-minute discretion from your scheduled appointment time. After this time, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to honor your appointment. Treatments begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking. We understand that sometimes life can get in the way and things may happen causing you to be late, however this has a huge impact on the running of the salon and our other clients.

SEVEN DAY POLISH REPAIR AND AFTERCARE POLICY:

We hope that you are pleased with your manicure however; in the event that you do encounter any issues we operate on a seven day's repair policy for all soft gel manicure services and three days on classic nail polish. Please report this to us including a photo to info@tipsntoes.om We are happy to carry out any chip repairs that we consider unreasona- ble free of charge for the effected nails within this time. After this period, there will be a charge for any repairs. Please note that your nails are jewels not tools and with this in mind you must take care of them, the level of care you apply to looking after your nails hugely influences how long they will last you.

FESTIVE SEASONS

To avoid any inconvenience we kindly ask you to make deposit in advance for your booking in the Eid season to guar- antee your booking however we understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking therefore we kindly request 48 hours notice to your deposit will not be refunded.

T’NC:

The service timing mentioned in the rate card is sacrosanct all and our therapists are trained to provide the best quality service within that time period. Any additional service should be booked and paid by using the mobile app. It is the entire responsibility of the person booking the service and the apartment / residence owner to ensure that the female therapists / beauticians visiting their promises are professionally respected and their personal physical or emo- tional safety is not breached under any circumstances.
